After putting our house on the market on Sunday, August 23rd, we received a conditional offer on Tuesday, August 25th. All conditions have been accepted so we are officially sold and moving out December 1st.
The culmination of months of hard work to put the house in tip-top shape to get it to move quickly thankfully turned out to be worth the effort.
Hopefully all things will progress on track with the new house and on December 11th we will be sleeping in the new abode.
It's nice to have the extra stress of selling the house out of the way, but now comes the hope to keep our new house on track.
