We now officially have a garage floor. Isabelle and I went by the house last night to check things out and saw the nice, fresh garage floor. Hmm, I wonder if they'd notice me starting to stack things in there or building a shelving unit.

Lots of taping has been done on the main floor including the ceilings and reinforced corners. Things are really starting to take shape and you can definitely picture how the rooms will be layed out with furniture.

Now that the drywall is in place you can get a better perspective on where the light fixtures, ceiling speakers and wall outlets are being placed. Some of the lights look really close so I'll be interested to see when it's all done how things work out. The three in the kitchen / Island / Dinette only seem to have about a foot between each of them but I'll reserve judgment.
